一、新增一条公交线路：年1月3日起，城区公交6号线开始试运行，具体行驶路线如下：中医院-三实小-交警大队-西门车站-丁溪桥-体育场-县医院-云龙桥-五中-佰德-阳光星城-龙东小区-八中-化工厂-三车洋-乐陶小学（其中：化工厂-三车洋-乐陶小学为临时线路）。
二、延伸一条公交线路：年1月1日起，5号线终点站由城东（护界）延长至公交大厦（城东保障房东侧）。
三、办理公交IC卡手续：
1、普通卡：适用所有市民。现金购卡，即买即用，不记名不挂失，卡内须保持10元余额，低于10元必须再充值。
2、学生卡：须本人携带①户口簿或本人身份证;②在学证明;③近期1寸免冠彩色照片1张。
3、敬老卡(60-69周岁)、爱心卡(70周岁以上)：须本人携带①户口簿或本人身份证;②《福建省老年人优待证》;③近期1寸免冠彩色照片1张至公司办理。
